SHIPPING POLICY

  • All orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days and shipped via USPS unless another carrier is selected at checkout.

  • Delivery times may vary based on your location, but you can expect your order to arrive within 5-10 business days.

  • During times when we experience high order volume (sales events, holidays, etc.) we will reach out to communicate any shipping delays.

  • We do not offer international shipping at this time.

  • We happily offer free standard shipping on orders with a pre-tax merchandise value of $100.00 USD or greater. Exclusions apply for expedited shipping, oversize orders, and custom orders.

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

  • Our return policy is designed to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you’re not completely happy with your item, you may return it within 30 of receipt for a full refund. Please ensure that the product is in its original condition and allow a few days to process the return and refund.

Before returning your item, we ask that you consider the following:

  • Leather is a natural material and will vary from hide to hide. This adds to the unique nature of every piece we craft. To minimize waste, we try to use every piece of every hide, but sometimes that means including range marks, bug bites, scars, and even full brands in the case of larger pieces.

  • We believe these marks add to the character of the piece and pay homage to the life that was lived to create the material we use, and we've cultivated a rustic aesthetic in our work that fits this belief.
